There is never any parking, especially on the weekend. I'm always walking from the back of the complex to the front just to get to my house. Upstairs neighbors sound like they live in a bowling alley and make noise all through the night. The courtyard is disgusting, there's always trash and cigarette wrappers. The front of my apartment is always way hotter colder than the bedrooms, even with the fan on high all day and an extra box fan. Office staff are always very impatient whether you call or are in the office, they always have something else they'd rather be doing. Actually had a woman raise her voice to me on the phone.

Maintenance is amazing Always prompt and extremely respectful.

Parking is horrible! Even if I were to pay for covered parking, there isn t one available close to my building.
In the summer, there were literally hundreds of junebugs all over the sidewalks and parking lot. It was impossible to walk from the building to the car without stepping on several of them. Gross!
I paid $50 for a gate remote, and the majority of the time, I don t even need it because the gate has just been left open.
In the year that I ve lived here, I ve had to get maintenance to fix my A/C at least 5 times! They finally sent someone to check the A/C unit for leaks to see if it needs to be replaced, which by the way, they came by unannounced almost a week after I got an email saying the work order was completed. Not only did they just show up without prior notice, but they tell me that they re going to be here for 7 hours! They check for leaks, and let me know that the unit has been tampered with a lot and that my electric bill has probably been through the roof, but after its replaced it will be much better. And yes, I d say $130-$180 a month is a ridiculous electric bill. So thank you for waiting my whole lease term to finally replace the A/C unit and lower my electric bill for my last month here.
Also, I just paid my rent on the 1st, as usual. I check my account balance on the 3rd, and it now it says I owe $35. Thank you for waiting until the last day rent/water is due, AFTER I ve already paid, to charge me for water usage.

The grounds were well kept. There was construction at the front of the building, but the area looked clean. The fitness facility was state of the art and top notch. There were personal touches throughout the property, like the wrapping station. The community looked well maintained, even though there needs to be black appliances and it would be nice if the microwave was a built-in. The cabinetry looked a bit dated and it was stark white. I would have liked the option to choose hardwood or carpet in my apartment. Other than that, it was really nice.

The apartment and community are very attractive and seem to be competitively priced for the area. The leasing agent presented the property in a favorable manner, overcame objections and described on-site services and management as an advantage. I would have leased the proposed apartment from her.

I was very impressed with the community. The leasing professional did an awesome job of presenting the community and making sure I did not miss anything. She made me feel like it was already my home. The grounds were meticulously groomed and everything seemed to be cared about to perfection. It felt like a nice, friendly place to live.

This is a very attractive looking building and in a great location. The staff is friendly and professional.

The entrance to the property had a driveway which was lined with an assortment of beautiful flowers. The whole community had a feeling of relaxation. The staff member I toured with was very personable and extremely helpful.

My overall experience with this community was good. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. The overall community was well maintained and had a lot of beautiful amenities. I would be happy to call this community home.

We signed another lease and will probably do so again when it comes time. Other than a few neighbors, I really have very little complaints about living here. The parking is sometimes a hassle. The price is a little high. The pools are always clean. Anytime we need anything fixed, they are here within a day to fix it. The people in the office are friendly enough. I would recommend this place for sure, especially with it being my first apartment, and I was really afraid from the stories I hear about apts. Right now dealing with the 820 traffic is kind of ridiculous though. They should offer some rebates for that reason alone.

I thought the property and apartment were incredible, and the price appropriate. I would have liked to have seen more of the amenities.
