Comfortable living conditions, however there are some issues that need to be addressed.

A good place to live but one needs to be aware of these concerns: continually a problem with the the parking garage entrance. You must keep all possessions under lock and key, parking is a concern--primarily with vehicles blocking entrance and exit areas. Fire alarms have been activated4 times in less than a year with apparently no fire invloved--each occurrence was in the wee hours of the morning which seems to indicate a prankster. There has never been in follow-up from mangement to explain the cause of this major inconvienience. I will renew my lease however that's primarily because I'm too tired to make a move at the present time.

Staff does not know policy and misleads residents.

Nice apartment, poor staff. Every staff member will provide different information about contracts and policies. If money is due, you cannot get a straight answer. There was an accident with our billing and instead of Lincoln Park taking ownership of the accident, the clause in the contract prevented them from having any responsability even though they provided an accurate bill. The turn-over rate is so high with the office staff, that each new employee misquotes information but expects to hold you to the contract which states different information then orginally quoted. Also, depending on who you place a work order, it might or might not ever get fixed. Furthermore, our freezer broke and it took two days to have it replaced, and we were never offered any considerations for the food we lost. We have had to place several work orders for the same issue, not until we spoke with the Manager did it actually get fixed. I love the apartment, Nora is the only employee that has been consistent and the maintance staff has been great. We will not be signing another lease with this property.

All in all a beautiful upscale apartment community.

The only issue that stood out to me was the lack of parking for future residents when they come to visit the property. The day I was on-site, there were three cars parked on the open road and were exposed to fast moving cars.

I received great customer experience today from the leasing professional at the community. The leasing professional was detailed as she explained the floor plans to me. She knew about all the community amenities and also created an urgency in leasing there. I recommend this community to anyone who is looking to lease in the Fort Worth downtown area.

The community was very fresh and new. It was very appealing being on the edge of downtown with a nice offering of activities for socialization.

I was rather impressed with the apartment community and the leasing professional. The community had a more modern feel, which I was not that fond of, but it was tasteful. This was definitely a place I would recommend to people wanting to live in the downtown Fort Worth area.

It was a very nice community. Rent is expensive but I would expect that from a community downtown. The leasing professional did a good job.

I felt that overall the Leasing Professional gave a good tour of the property. The community offered good amenities for the money. I would love to call the property home because I could live high up and still drive right up to the same floor that I live on.

The agent knew exactly what to offer me to make me feel right at home. She understood I work at night and made sure I understood their security and how the lights were always on in the hall towards the apartments.

As a customer I did not feel like the leasing professional wanted me to call this community home. She did not try and build a connection between my needs and what their community had to offer. She appeared to lack the desire to really help me find a new home in the community.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

The Leasing Professional was very personable. She not only went through a checklist of highlighting the features and benefits of the community but help me to visualize myself living there. She discussed things outside of what they offered. For instance, she inquired if I was affected by the recent weather events in the area. She asked on more than one occasion if I had any other questions. She did not seem hurried and did not rush through the visit.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

The customer experience was very good at the property. Even though I spoke with one person on the telephone and another at the site, the experience was very similar. They both appeared to be well trained and hand-picked to perform in a role such as this.

The leasing professional opened with two statements that made me feel at ease about the community and that I was in store for something good.

The community was well maintained but there was nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected. The amenities were in good condition and there was no visible trash or debris any where in the community. The apartment was also clean and there were not any noticeable flaws within it.
