The staff were very welcoming and very attentive to my needs. The property was clean and attractive.

Lincoln Park at Trinity Bluff was a nice property that was well maintained. The leasing staff were friendly. There was nothing especially memorable about the community or apartment.

This community was outstanding and that was why there were higher prices. The amenities were fabulous. The floor plans were spacious and well thought out. The finishes were nice and updated so that it felt like luxury living, even thought they were not top of the line. It was very pleasant with the court yard views, and an extreme plus with the four level covered garage.

This is a very nice property! However, the price ranges of the available apartments keep it from being an "outstanding" value. On a scale from one to ten with ten being the best overall perceived value from a customer point of view), I would give the property a seven.

This property is located in a great area. It offers lots of amenities for the residents and is located very close to downtown with transportation available.

I enjoyed my time at the property and thought this could be a nice place to live for a while.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The apartment had an "open" floor plan that really made it seem to have more space than it actually did. I liked the fact that I had a choice of whether or not I wanted a fireplace as well.

Lived here 18 months. It's the best available on the east side of town and within walking distance to Sundance Square. But....management has a difficult time keeping the hallways clean- why do pet owners think someone else needs to clean up after their pets? The common gas grilles need replacement and common area light bulbs need replacement. The kitchen appliances are entry level- (wash the dishes before they go in the dishwasher and coil cooktops- didn't know they made those since mothers house) 7 years old and need replacement. Why do we put up with this? limited choices downtown. The best of evils.

Noisey and crowded but a great location and a friendly management staff.

I was impressed by both the leasing professional and the community itself.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the adjacent neighbors.

Also, if people are in the courtyard or on a outside balcony, you can hear everything inside your apartment regardless of time of day.

Fire alarms go off often and mostly in the middle of the night.

If you don't mind students partying like it's a dorm and having the firs alarm go off all the time disrupting your sleep then this is the place for you.

Great place to call home.

I had a very good experience with this property. I was equally excited about the staff, upkeep, layout, amenities and appliances.

Overall, I found the cost of the property versus what you get to be underwhelming. I believe most of the cost is going toward the location. I would not lease here namely because they look nice, but there are inconveniences not worth the money I would pay each month.
