Big living spaces, good amenities, helpful staff, and close to downtown FTW. It s a good mix, and the rent is the most reasonable of places in downtown (compared to many other buildings).

My only gripe is living on the first floor - on a very cold day, the heating system will kick on and blow 40 degree air for a couple minutes before heating up. Staff has informed me that its due to the chosen heating method, but it s a bit frustrating that my apartment temperature DROPS when the heat goes on.

The property is kept very well and the location is ideal. However, noise from the trains is unbearable! The trains run all during the night and can be heard very well. I am located in the middle and can still hear the trains very loudly.

This is truly a luxury apartment community. The office and clubhouse facilities are warm and inviting, with features most everyone could use daily. The apartments are luxuriously appointed, making them a place you would eagerly look forward to going to every day! The staff is accommodating, friendly and sincere. It seems like a very nice place to call home!

We live in the town homes and have plenty of space. The apartment is very quiet - we have never heard our neighbors.

We feel very safe in the neighborhood.

I cannot comment on parking as we have our own garage.

The staff has been extremely quick with all maintenance requests.

We love living here and will definitely renew our lease this summer.

This seemed like a great community to live in. I believe that the staff were outstanding and fabulous. They provided great customer service and had a great sales presentation. The community itself was great and I appreciated every moment I was there.
