Highly recommend

Noise was a big concern for me coming from an old apartment previously. I never hear my neighbors moving around in the adjacent apartments. Occasionally you will hear someone in the courtyard but young professionals live in the complex so everyone is settled down by a decent hour. Lincoln Park is convenient to downtown and I feel safe walking my dog. One of the better features of the complex is the trash chutes. A lot of Fort Worth complexes have the trash services where the bins remaining outside the door for days. Here you walk the trash yourself and don't have to worry about putting your trash out at a certain hour to be picked up. I would definitely recommend it to my friends

Great location, Great staff, Great living.

I'm a busy person mostly so I don't get the opportunity to enjoy everything, but the amenities are wonderful. Great living close to downtown and to the highway.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The community is in great location near downtown close to nearby trails.

Clean, organized, great location, poor management

It's a great location, with spacious apartments, great pool setting. Nevertheless, you can hear the train lines if this noise bothers you, this is not the place for you and staff tends to be unfriendly and unable to help efficiently with management. In another words, poor management.

Great

Convenient parking, nice complex, good upkeep overall.

This is a community with flair, that would be a great place to call home. The staff is friendly and engaging. It is convenient to the downtown nightlife, shopping and dining.

Nice place, but not enough value for what you pay

The location of the apartment is very convenient and the staff here is amazing and they are always nice and helpful. You can rarely hear the train pass by when you are inside the complex, but unfortunately that does not extend to your neighbors. They did great with the insulation to the outside walls, but they cheaped out with the interior walls. You can always hear the people living on top walking around as if they are "stomping". You can also hear your side neighbors and their plumbing as well. It's actually pretty loud. Also, some of the hallways are messy with dead bugs that haven't been cleaned up for days. The gym is nice, but it is pretty embarrassing that either all or the majority of the treadmills never work. For a place that hires a fitness trainer and wants everyone to join that, having faulty equipment does defeat the purpose. Overall the place is nice, people are friendly, but for the price you pay you would expect better quality on the noise level, cleanliness and for gym equipment to actually work. The staff may not be able to fix the insulation on the interior walls, but if they could fix the other issues this place wouldn't be bad at all.
I noticed you also posted this review on another website that was for the "Trinity Bluff"aparments while this review is for "Lincoln Park" apartments - which are on samuels street, not bluff. Which complex do you actually live at?

The property and apartment were beautiful. It was less expensive than I thought it would be. I really liked the fitness area. The staff was friendly. I would love to live there.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The property is very nice.

Beautiful apartments good location

I really liked living here, the apartments are beautiful. We only had 1 maintenance issue and it was dealt with quickly. Love how close it is to downtown. The fire alarms went off a lot at the beginning of our lease, but they seem to have fixed that problem. Lower score on the noise because I can hear every movie my neighbor watches, not sure if it's his sound system or the walls. Also, during all the ice this year, the complex always waited 1 day before starting to clear sidewalks entries parking. Hard when you have a dog have to go to work.

My only real issue was communication with the office. Most of the staff is very nice and professional, but I had a hard time getting them to pick up the phone. Also, inexplicably, one of the staffers told me that they changed the office's hours during the winter to close at 5 30 rather than 6, but it was never posted anywhere and if it was true, I'm not really sure when they changed the hours back.

Leaving because I couldn't get info from the office fast enough or at all on 1 bedrooms efficiencies.

The community was quite impressive. It was well kept and had beautiful landscaping. The pool was like a resort and yet felt very comfortable. The apartment was comfortable and had some unique touches like the cutout in the entrance and the huge bedroom closets. The view was nice, looking out at the pool. The agent was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel quite comfortable and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. She was good at building rapport with me that I found to be relaxing. She also spoke highly about the leasing company, which helped place more value on the property for me.

Property is okay.

1) The pool lights if you are anywhere near them shine thru the windows all night and is a bit of a nuisance
2) Property is built right next to a very active train path and is very noisy - doesn t seem the original engineering specks did not take that into considertion when budgeting for material to build out the individual exterior and interior walls of the property. Frankly I would recommend that people look on 7th street at So7 Parkside or Vue De Musee before deciding on this property. They are in a better gorgraphical location and have more to do in the immediate area.
3) I ll leave the recommend to a friend as a yes , but in reality it is a maybe at best. The price point for this property is high for the actual value received. While the price may be competitive or similar to the 7th street properties, they are newer, offer better amenities and layouts than LP. Personally, if you don t feel the need to live downtown , then the better price option is to live a few miles away and drive 10 minutes into the restaurant, work, and bar scene. The overall value just isn t there.

Lincoln Park Townhome Review

We love most everything about Lincoln park, including the service, the views, proximity to downtown and beautiful layout of our unit. If we were to change anything, it would be to add more guest parking on the townhome side and reduce the amount of dog waste on the grassy areas. The area between the main townhome building on the riverside is completely covered with land mines .
