I would personally be looking for a community that was a little more updated. Upkeep was fine, but it was a basic apartment in an average community. The price was good, and I believe it was right for the product.

I would have leased there, based upon the connection with the leasing agent and her presentation. Also, the community was a nice community. It was well-kept and the apartment did feel like a home and not just an apartment. The storage that was offered was excellent.
