Do not move here if you have a dog.
No areas to let your dog do their business. The only two areas with grass on the property are small, hardly any grass (mostly dirt and bark), and covered in dog poop. Makes no sense that they charge pet deposits/fees and monthly pet rent, yet do nothing to accommodate residents with pets.
I am also renting an assigned spot in the parking garage. My car stays covered by the white dust from the 635 construction I will have my car cleaned and it is covered in dust after a few hours.
I cannot stand to move, but I will probably have to...maybe even before my lease is up. I'm not comfortable here and feel like everything is a struggle.

Beautiful but it's not worth it
I have been living here for three months. I truly hate this place and looking forward to the day I move! When I first moved in I was extremely excited told everyone about my new home. First day when I move then had a complaint regarding my dog barking. Third day I had another complaints regarding my dog barking. I'm sorry if anyone of you have a dog as you move people coming in & out of of course that would happen. It's a new environment and there's a lot of commotion going on.
First off maintenance, he half fix things and never finish a project on the first attempt. You will have to fill out several request form for the same thing for it to be fixed correctly.
If you have pets this is not a pet friendly apartment which states in their website. You will pay $400 on pet deposit and also $15 each month, even though it shows that it's a $10 rent fee each month on the website, I spoke to the manager and she all she said was that's the old information she's take it off. MISLEADING AND DISHONEST! Here at the Elan City Centre they only have one area where you can walk dogs. This Area it is very small and it's covered with poop bc no one ever cleans after their mess. And then there is no grass else where to walk to your dogs and yet they charge you all these fees for having a dog.
If you have a grill you are not allowed to put it your patio, and if it's in your patio you would get fine.
The layout to this apartment unfortunately does not make any kind a scenes. It's simple not a functional apartment as far as storage and the placement of things are. This apartment is a waste of space & money.
Save your money and move else where!
