Was very dissatisfied with the security of this property. Needs serious appliance upgrades and repairs to laundry rooms. When a large area of grass is killed, re sodding should be completed. There should be two entrances since there are two offices. Gates need to be fully operational to be classified as a gated community. Property not on bus route. Close to shopping, restaurants and hospital were a plus.

I would not rent from this property. Though I can see the benefit of having two leasing offices, it lends itself to confusion. The staff, although nice, really didn't seem to care about what I was looking for, just getting apartments rented. Finally, I do believe some work is needed in the model. It was clean but needed upgrading.

The community was a larger three section property. There were many floor plans to choose from with modern features and decorative details. My experience as a customer based on this interaction was complete.

The leasing professional was great about relating the amenities in the apartment to my needs. She pointed out anything that was appealing to a bachelor such as the bar from the kitchen and the kitchen being a good size for one person. She also pointed out the wood floors looked impressive and mature. The bedroom was a good size. The bathroom had an extra closet for whatever, as well as a medicine cabinet. The leasing professional was very upbeat and positive. She was always smiling and made me feel upbeat and positive. Had I been a real customer, I might have leased an apartment.

The apartment was nice and the size of the bedrooms were larger than I expected. I would live at the community and tell my friends about it.

The apartment has two pools on the property. Nice quiet community for the price.
