The community is in a great location, and the swimming pool area is like being at a hotel resort.

The apartment complex was so awesome. I really love the area it was in. It is just the kind of place that I could call home. It was quite clean with a very beautiful floor plan. The kitchen and the bath was really nice. I would definitely recommend the complex to anyone.

Based on the service I received, I would highly recommend this property. The staff was very professional and courteous. The upkeep of the property looked amazing. It appeared that you get your money's worth at this community.

My perception of the resort style community was remarkable. This community is nestled away from major highways and traffic. It felt as if I was taking a retreat getaway. Touring this community was very relaxing and terrific. The tranquility of the amenities was awesome. The leasing agent that assisted me was wonderful. She was very engaging, detailed, and focused. It seemed as if she was created to do this job. She had the ability to articulate my desires based upon my responses to what I was viewing within the community. Based upon my experience while visiting this community, I would definitely highly recommend this to anyone who desires to experience luxury at its best!

This is a wonderful and beautiful place to live. I believe the associate is an asset to this property. Needs assessment and sales presentation before and after the showing were fabulous.

From a customer standpoint, the community really sold itself. For me, it felt like being in the country in the middle of the city. The mature trees and the recessed location from the main street allowed for surprise. I had no idea what I would see once I got inside. I was actually thinking it was not a very upscale area, but once I got inside, I thought this is a hidden treasure. I felt I could really relax there.

The community is close to nature related amenities and close to stores and dining. The apartments are very spacious and the closet space is impressive with adequate shelving.

The community had outstanding amenities, including an indoor basketball court. It had an outstanding fitness room and spin room. The community was beautifully maintained. It was located in an excellent location with access to some of the best shopping and dining. The leasing agent was sincere and eager to help. She did a nice job of determining what I was looking for and recommended an apartment that was a nice value.

The apartment I viewed was really nice, and perfect for first time apartment renters.

I would have liked to have seen an apartment and the amenities, but due to a power outage at the time of my visit I was not able to. The leasing agent did well to explain what the community offered.

Not being able to do auto pay is a serious problem as is the fee you charge for Credit cards. I travel and am not always online to make a payment. Spending another 10% on these fees for what should be a straightforward transaction is ridiculous, especially given the fact that cash is not an issue.

The heat / cooling retention is terrible. The sound carries thorugh the building. The carpets are worn. The drainage is terrible.

The is a very nice property and I would have loved to lease there. It is in a convenient area. The leasing professional really made me feel at home.

Its a nice place thats set back enough to get you out of the flow of dallas clutter. Charge way too much for trash.
