I would not have leased here, due to the fact that the prices were very high for what you would be receiving. The finish outs were basic black appliances and wood cabinets. The community looked new on the outside, however not so much on the inside.

I would call the place home due to the area and amenities. It was a small community with a big heart in a great area.

The agent I spoke with on the phone was very personable, nice and courteous. She took the time to tell me about the community, features and the amenities offered. The agent that I actually shopped was the complete opposite. Her demeanor was nice, but she did not seem to want to be bothered at all. I was not shown nor told if there was anything to view. However, the phone agent told me that they did have something to show and offered to make an appointment. Based on the on-site agent, I would not feel comfortable leasing at this community or even welcomed. If I was going by the telephone agent, I would lease an apartment.

I would definitely recommend this property to someone. The fact that they are pet free was a big plus in my book!!!

The price point was on the high end, however it was a newer community with updated appliances and some apartments offered covered garages. The inside of the apartment was well maintained. This apartment community appeared as if it was a very nice community. I would probably consider leasing.

The community itself is small, but it is also a part of a very large community. It is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would love living here.

This is really a great location. The value is really good given the area. You automatically become a member of a Country Club and you can not beat that on a budget. Really a great place to call home.

I was impressed that the agent was able to make the property appeal to me personally. If I had any doubts she took them from me.

I would rent at this place, because it was the newer property in the location and the gym membership.

The community seemed to be a quaint and peaceful place to live. The apartments are spacious, with modern upgrades and designer features. The location is close to shopping and the community has free access to their Country Club with it's many amenities. The community has it's own appealing amenities as well to enjoy. My impression of the staff was that they were professional and eager to help and to provide excellent customer service.

The property was beautiful and seemed to be very well maintained. The leasing agent gave a great presentation.

Westside is a great place to live The people are nice and I feel very safe.

I have really enjoyed my time at Westside. The staff is always beyond helpful, very nice, and very understanding. The grounds are kept up well and the apartments are in really good condition. I would definitely recommend Westside to anyone I know.

The level of service both over the telephone and in person was awesome. I would recommend this location to anyone.
