We have throughly enjoyed living in upper east side for a couple years now. The value you receive in terms of amenities/services is among the best you will find.

For all the reasons stated above - new, great location, super staff, great landscaping, diversity of occupants and friendly atmosphere

I do encourage friends to check out UES! Especially if they are looking close to downtown or considering moving within the Village (like I did...)

I have recommended Upper East Side to several friends. It is important to keep the prices competitive.

The leasing agent was very nice and professional. She took the time to really show off the community and what it had to offer. I was very impressed with her presentation. I felt like I got the royal treatment and that she rolled out the red carpet by the time we were done. the community was a beautiful property. I have never seen a cafe on property grounds that offered free coffee served by an actual barista each morning. Also the snacks and salads sold for only a dollar and that was another plus. The on-site garden was another first for me. The floor plans were spacious. They had a lot of character and were not just your cookie cutter floor plans that you would normally come across. The community was fantastic. I cannot imagine anyone not wanting to call this community home!

This was by far one of the best communities I have encountered. The well groomed property and the cafe onsite, plus the pools and being so close to everything is really impressive. The leasing agent was really friendly and did not seem to be pressured to make the sale.

As long as you can afford it, there is no reason to not live here.

This is one of the most impressive apartment communities I have ever visited. The grounds were attractive and meticulously maintained. The list of features and amenities was truly outstanding, including a cafe with an on-site barista and a beautiful infinity pool. While I do not have a green thumb myself, I found the community garden to be a unique feature among apartment communities. Something that added considerable value to the lifestyle.

The security guard on the bridge does nothing but make it harder to come and go. Very unnecessary.

I would definitely recommend this apartment community to family and friends.

I find that the property was very impressive to look at. The agent did a great job pointing out things that made me say that the property owners left nothing to want. The agent also did a great job putting into great detail some things that I had not seen in other properties. I would have leased at the community.

I have recommended it but with the warnings of what I experienced. I'm not in my 20s and neither are my friends so I think we have higher expectations.
