The community seemed nice. It appeared to be a comfortable and safe place to live, with appealing apartments. The communication with the leasing professionals was confusing, and I felt pressured to lease an apartment that I did not want.

I did not see any of the community besides the model and the outside of the apartment that was coming available. I was not at all impressed with the showing or the closing. I would not have rented here even if the prices were way below market. The community was clean, but it was not inviting. It seemed very lacking in community amenities and in customer service.

This is a very nice, new community. The upgraded apartments were nice. The community was well maintained and clean. Great area with nearby shopping and restaurants.

Love the community and everything the apartment has to offer. Working with the leasing office is a little more difficult. In my experiences it just requires some patients and persistence. Everyone is very kind and willing to help but it sometimes takes some time to get a problem resolved/to a solution.

Would not because of parking. Would because I love the community and price.

Great area. Although its in a big city, the feel of this apartment complex is not that of a "big city" even though everything you could need/want is close by. Wouldn't recommend if you wanted an apartment with updates at a reasonable price, as prices for updated apartments are pretty high.

It's ok. The area is nice, but the lack of parking can be a real issue.

Trying to find a parking spot at night is tough, I don't even bother parking inside of the apartment complex any more
