I felt I was treated fairly by the staff. The apartment felt basic, and I felt the lease rate was set where it was because of the convenience of the location and ease in getting to dining and shopping.

I would consider leasing at this community. It was a place with a green living environment, peaceful atmosphere and modern upgraded apartment homes. They provided incredible landscaping, free access to a Country Club and plenty of amenities. They are minutes from shopping, restaurants and businesses. My impression of the staff member was they were a professional individual trained to provide excellent services and had product knowledge. My impression of the community itself was a positive one.

The apartments are well maintained and updated nicely. The apartments are above average in size for the price. The grounds looked wonderful. I was a little surprised that the entrance to the office was only achieved by going down a set of fairly steep steps. No handicap access in office from area where guests park and enter through.

I feel like this is a place that most people make work, but not really somewhere the people want to call home.

The curb appeal was very inviting and serene. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the setting very resort like. I would be proud to call this community my home.
