The agent had great customer service. She was very friendly and helpful.

The feature of the garage with all apartments was enticing. The leasing professional was not very engaging and did not personalize the tour but covered a lot of information. The pool was being renovated.

Overall, I received really good customer service at the community.

Nice place to live

The ladies in the office were great. I carried on conversation with both of them and they made me laugh and feel at home. The agent that helped me was great at explaining the community, ownership and management during the tour. I actually liked the exterior look of the community.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property. The visit felt rushed.

Small, quiet community near a lot of great stuff.

Enjoyed my time at St. Moritz, parking is a slight problem if you don't have a garage. Apartment itself was great, large kitchen and bedrooms, very quiet community. 3rd floor apartment does get pretty warm inside during the hot months of summer.

The buildings are older so I can hear my upstairs neighbors VERY well but I am pleased with St. Moritz and if things stay this way I will definitely renew my lease next year.

The pools are disgusting, the residents do not pick up after their dogs, the trash is left on the curbs and not picked up timely, the office staff is unprofessional and rude. We could not wait to move out!
