I would love to lease an apartment at the community because of the location and the amenities. The community is well maintained. The staff is professional.

I would recommend this complex if the gym had working equipment in it.

I think this apartment complex is affordable and in a good location for anybody who works near downtown.

The leasing professional did a great job, but I was just uncertain with the surrounding area of property. It was next to two train stations and some bus stops. I thought that was why the area did not seem like the most enticing place to live.

After speaking with the centralized leasing center and setting my appointment or 2:30 PM, I went to the property to find that the office was closed and nobody was working on-site that day. To say the least, I was a little irritated that I had made the trip out there for no reason. Furthermore, I asked the telephone professional several times about the parking situation on-site and he continually told me that the leasing office did not offer parking for future residents and that I would need to park on the street at a meter. Of course, after parking and paying at a meter, I walked into the garage of the property to find several spaces reserved for future residents. This only added to my annoyances caused by the centralized leasing center. It seemed that the centralized leasing office was very misinformed about the days the leasing office was open at the community and also about the parking situation. He also informed me incorrectly about the ability to lease a washer and dryer from the community.

The community itself was very clean and kept up very well. The leasing consultant was very professional and informative. Given the details about the company and how they differed from the others was a major selling point. I was quite impressed overall.

Downtown living isn't for everyone

It was great to see the community in the heart of downtown that focuses more on community. I would have liked to have the leasing agent ask me questions on more of what i want instead of just stating what is available.

The leasing professional was very friendly throughout the onsite visit. I would recommend this apartment to family and friends because of the location, customer service and price. The leasing professional spoke to me like I was already a resident, which I liked. Based on the leasing professional's presentation, I would have leased the apartment because she seemed to care about my needs and was comfortable speaking to me. I learned about different community events. The prices of the apartment were reasonable and having many amenities was a plus. My experience made me feel valued as a potential resident.

This was a very nice community as far as the wood-flooring and stainless steel appliances. The walkways smelled very clean. Overall, the apartment was very presentable; however, this community was directly located near a train station, which could be a problem.

Depends on who is moving to the area. Young professionals working downtown will find this a convenient location to the office and other amenities of downtown Dallas (lack of nearby grocery store not withstanding). The community is pet friendly, the residents are diverse and respectful, and the staff is wonderful to interact with. My friends who have kids I would not recommend due to Dallas ISD, the neighborhood by the West End Station also leaves a lot to be desired.

Friendly customer service, nice residential community with a convenient location downtown.

The pool was small compared to other communities in the area.

I enjoyed my on-site visit and tour with the leasing professional. The leasing professional did a very good job of making me feel at home.
