The community was a nice apartment community located in the popular area of the city. The apartment amenities were nice and well maintained. The apartment floor plans were spacious and affordable. The leasing staff was professional and friendly.

This was a very nice community with great amenities. The location was great with many places within walking distance. The agent was wonderful and really went above and beyond to help understand my needs and wants and she helped me find a home that met those needs. I could definitely see myself calling Marquis on Cedar Springs home!
