That community had the feel of an old mansion. The landscaping was punctuated with large old trees. The neighborhood had the same feeling. It seemed like a very friendly locale.

Everything has been great! I wish the parking spaces were a little bigger but understand we are squeezing a bunch of residents in (some with big trucks).

It was hard to believe that the beautiful and quaint park community was located so close to a large busy city! It seemed like its own little community within a larger community. Besides being located next to all the best shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and cultural activities, it was just a beautiful apartment inside and out. Not only was the community wonderful but the staff were equally as impressive. Engaging and friendly, it was easy to imagine calling that place home with such a nice staff to work with.

Itâs a nice complex and in a great neighborhood. Feels more like a community complex vs overpopulated apartment building. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Little things would help like fixing/replacing 1 of the treadmills that does not work (and I have told Mgmt multiple times over last year). Having the TVs work on the treadmills, Having wifi ccoverage in Gym, common room, pool, etc. Gates are often open and not locked.
