Aside from the small closets in the bedrooms, these apartments have a lot to offer. The pricing was good.

This is a peaceful community surrounded by a beautiful scenery, clean and well-maintained. A perfect location to have an easy access to all the many shops and only minutes to the Turnpike and Interstate. The apartments were well designed for comfort and convenience with many decorative details. The amenities were attractive and inviting. My impression of the staff was they were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

It was a great opportunity to tour this community. The community offered an exceptional feel, as well as a great location.

I'd say I like the set up of the apts, but not the appearance of the outside. Needs so much work, and not started yet, and we've been here since end of May and were told they would be fixing up the outside. that was important for us to move in, and very disappointed on how slow the process has been. Plant budget for next year, but now is here. We've had dying plants in front of our patio since we moved in; no treatment to my knowledge. We like to sit out there, but not to look at sticks/sickly plants(just our area, others look ok) Loved you putting in grass where all the dirt was, but they didn't put in about 3-4 feet of it and just left dirt. If they ran out they should of come back to fix it.
Again, maintaince that is needed in the apt. has been good.
I would NOT reccomend this area due to the outside appearance.of the rotting wood and faded paint. The front and the green belt seem to be kept up much better than our location. We are paying a LOT for our refurbished apt, but are near the highway and 2 busy streets, and the lower housing area.

My experience as a customer at this property was very positive. I was treated with warmness, and kindness throughout the time that I was there. I was offered a drink and made to feel very comfortable. As the leasing professional directed our conversation, she took time to identify, discuss and understand my interest and preferences in an apartment by asking specific questions. She also discussed many of the management company's programs and strategies with me. Overall, it was a beautiful and well maintained apartment community. If I have been actually seeking a place to live, I would have leased.

I would likely recommend this community to family and friends. I did have to wait a full hour to meet with the leasing professional, even though I had an appointment.

This property offers very large floor plans with features you only get in homes. The closets are huge and the property is very quiet and serene. This is more of a home than an apartment. The apartments are bigger than most condominiums.

The leasing agent was very friendly and enthusiastic in showing me an apartment and her community. She explained the closest facilities. She even suggested few restaurants which were close to the property, which I might like. She genuinely showed interest in selling her community and finding me a new home.

The leasing professional was outstanding. She made me feel that I was special and a good friend. She seemed to anticipate my needs before they were spoken. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and outgoing. I would definitely tell my family and friends about the community. I felt I would be getting my money's worth and then some. All of the other communities fail in comparison. I would be very happy to live there.
