The community was quiet, quaint and very appealing to the eyes. There were great amenities, huge closets, with extra storage space on the balcony.

The community was nicely maintained and offered great features. It was located in a nice area.

The leasing professional made visiting the community an extraordinary experience. She is a very confident professional and really knows how to sell an apartment. She is happy with the company and is very proud of all of the upgrades made and more to come. She was superb leasing agent and created excitement about the apartment and community.

The apartment was very spacious and the location was convenient to shopping, providing easy access to the highways. At first glance, it appears to be a value for the location. The agent who offered my tour assured me that maintenance is efficient and on call 24 hours per day. Based upon my tour, I would definitely recommend this location.

This apartment community was decent. For the price they are asking, I feel like they could have offered more amenities. I just don't feel like the amenities and the quality of the homes warrant the price they charge.

The customer service was great but the property itself was mediocre. They were upgrading the property but it still had that very dated feel.

The property and the staff were good enough to keep me interested, however, the floor plan and the washer and dryer thing really bothered me. Not much could be done about the floor plan, but I really am not sure what many would be able to do with that floor plan. Now, the washer and dryer thing really turned me off right away. Someone should not have to store something of the property's if they do not need it.

The on-site agent that I talked to was professional, friendly, and a very outgoing person. She has worked for the company for almost ten years. Most of her skills were learned from a former position that she had. What she did not bring, she has learned and incorporated it into her persona. If this company provides training for its employees, then she would be the person to train them. She not only dressed like a professional, she carried herself as a professional.

The leasing professional was very insightful and knowledgeable of both the property and surrounding areas. She made me feel as if I was looking for my next home and not just another apartment to rent. She had great conversation, and her people skills were just what I would want in a selling agent.

What I saw of the community was clean and in good shape. The apartment was fine. There was not anything that I saw that would make me excited about living there, and the leasing agent was polite and not much more.

The community appears to be a very comfortable place to live. The property is well maintained, and the apartments also appear to be well kept. The community was in a good North Dallas location. The property was set back from Preston Road, affording some privacy and less noise from the street.

The community was an excellent value for it's convenient location. The landscaping and buildings were noticeably well maintained. One could see the effort and detail in keeping the community looking nice. The leasing professional was knowledgeable and had a cheerful personality. He made me feel welcome.
