Do not live here! I have been playing exterminator the entire time I've lived here. The model apts. they show are nothinng like what you will get. This place is so infested with roaches I would turn on the light in my kitchen in the middle of the night and the sink, counters, stove, & walls would be covered. I had to by a vaccum to catch them because there were too many for raid. I reported it to management and after multiple requests they finally came and bug bomed. They said they would keep bug bombing until all of the roaches are gone but 2 mths later the roaches were back and there has been no follow up. So again i had to call multiple times again for bug bombs (you ALWAYS have to call multiple times for maintenance and they'll even cancel maintenance requests without notifying you).

I have a vaccum filter full of roaches and there is no sense of urgency to resolve this disgusting, unsanitary problem. If I wasn't moving next month I would report this place to the Dept. of Health. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!

I tried to attach photos of the roach feces in the kitchen drawer where I keep my silverware but for some reason the photos won't load. I also think the 5-star ratings of this place are fake.

Here are the problems I had:
1)Cockroaches 10-15 a day for first 5mos, then about 1-2 a week after that.
2)Neighbors blasting their music to the point my walls were vibrating (this happened 2-3 times a week)
3) Neighbor who talked on phone anywhere from 10pm-3am in the morning very loud (shouting) and aggressively like he was angry. This happened 1-2 times a week.
4) When it rained my kitchen ceiling and dining room ceiling leaked, and they never fixed it even after I asked them to three seperate times. There were terrible yellow mildew stains for the remaining 5mos I was there.
5) Susan was pretty helpful office staff, but as for the hispanic lady who sits at the desk on right when you first walk in, she is rude, abrasive, and condescending.
6) All throughout the summer, 3-4 times a week there are loud parties at the pool with alcohol and loud rap or latino music.
7) I woke up on two different occassions to 5 teenagers screaming and shouting at 2 and 3am in the pool.

The Staff is professional and friendly and the grounds are clean and it's just a good place to call home.

The community was pleasant. There really was not anything extraordinary about it though. The rental rate was reasonable.

Do not believe any of these reviews. Pretty ironic that these are the same reviews on every other website. The apartment would be very reasonable for the price if it was not infested with roaches and bed bugs. Over the last 9 months I have struggled to rid my apartment of all roaches I have heard the bed bug rumors but luckily I have not struggled with that personally. But the roaches run freely and almost impossible to get rid of. The property has "pest control" but the only thing they do is spray the bases and corners of the rooms literally in and out of the apartment in two min tops. Over the past week I have used several fog techniques that have filled my vaccum cleaner to top. Far more effective than their so call pest control. I am very fed up with this problem and there is nothing else that this place can do to keep me.  

My neighbor found bed bugs in her apts.  The complex said that they have had them in other units.  I want to move!

The apartments are old and not so great, but it's quite a bit cheaper than everything else around. If you want a cheaper apartment in the area, it's a good choice.

Nice community with many benefits.

The community is surrounded by anything you may need. It is definitely within walking distance to many, many places, like shopping and dining. The apartments are typical older apartments, but some come with more modern upgrades like painted cabinets and faux granite. It is a clean property for the size, and the office staff are friendly.

I would likely recommend this community to friends and family.

The atmosphere is good, the Staff are friendly and kind, it's just a good place to live...

To be aware of the smokers, they smoke outside where the smoke comes into your apt instead of the smokers. Once all construction is done I'm sure it would be a very nice and safe place to live.

The Management is good and I like living here.

The place is getting a make over and it is really shaping up and looking good.

This community may have potential once the renovation is complete.
