The apartment itself is great! It is large, the kitchen is huge, everything about my apartment is great. The rest of the complex could use some work. The community areas aren’t the cleanest. I saw beer cans in the stairwell for an entire month before it was picked up. Also people don’t pick up after their dog... while that isn’t the apartments fault it is their fault they aren’t as strict about enforcing the rules. At my last apartment complex it was extremely clean because they fined people all the time for not picking up after their dog. The office hours are not convient. If a package is delivered to the office instead of my door I usually can’t pick it up until the weekend because I leave for work by 8:00am and I get home around 6:30pm. In regards to packages I don’t know I have one at the office because they don’t have a system to alert us when we have a package at the office! Every other apartment complex I’ve lived at has a system that sends an email to me when a package is delivered.

It does not feel safe.

I would be hesitant because of lack of safety.

We clearly need more cameras and security. If it's not our garage door being banged up it's our elevators not working or exit gate not working. Theirs always something wrong here.

i would give my experience an overall positive rating and would recommend it.

Too many non residents enter the property, vandalism to property (broken external door handles where people try to break in). Dog mess outside my patio. Dirty hallways.

It is located in a great area. Despite some of my complaints I would still recommend it. The price is comparable to other apartments in the area, safety is a huge factor, the grounds are maintained beautifully.

I would recommend this place because the office personnel makes it easy to live here. I always brag about it . They never bother u or put any restrictions on anything. I feel free living here compare to other places that I have lived before here.

When I speak with young people, I meet, who are looking for an apartment, I suggest The Icon.

Would because of location and beauty of actual apartment living space.

Would not due to average rent prices not reflectingredients value one thinks it would get. The dangers of driving in the garage. Warn them of open window gym. Lack of package notification.

The only thing I dislike is the questionable stores and apt complex om hall. People are always hanging around outside like it's the hood. The area is nice and developing but that's a sore spot.
