Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Based off my previous comments, I would not recommend this apartment to my family and friends. I would have a two years ago but the property is going downhill fast. There could be a lot more done to keep the community clean and accessible.

The reason why I would because when I get off from work and come home. It’s so quiet although the night. The building I’m in you don’t here dogs barking at all.

I would not recommend living here due to the lack of security in the parking garage and elevator being broke for months.

Break in’s. Dirty hallways disrespectful neighbors. Repeatedly broken elevator and security gate.

I've recently recommended the Icon to a friend and she has so much trouble signing a lease. Staff claimed they never received her pay statements, etc. A fellow resident has also tried to switch units and had trouble getting confirmation from the office.

Great location

The apartments have declined in the last few years. Elevators and security gates are constantly broken, the community is not kept clean, there is frequently trash left outside doors not in the right bins and left over the weekend attracting bugs.

We need more security, both in the hallways as well as in the parking garage. Not sure if some of the units are being used as Airbnb, but it is very noise over the weekends and there is smelly trash in the hallways on days when trash is not being picked up.

I would for the price or at least the price I pay. I would not for the fact the gym has turn into a let down and the amount of noise from the bar across the street and just general street noise is let in through the windows.

I would recommend this place due to the amazing staff and maintenance. I also appreciate proximity to downtown which is a walk away for work. I would, however, warn about cleanliness of hallways, broken doors, and potential large rent increases. Additionally, no washer and dryer.

Residents need to clean up after their pets. Living near the garage is extremely noisy. Some guests are not respectful of other tenants late at night when entering or leaving the garage.

Recently, there are many people new to the complex that are disrespectful and problematic. Even two different persons have insulted me and yell at me for no reason in two separate incidents. I don't feel safe because of some people's actions and behavior. Also, cleanness is not the same as when I moved here.

Not enough security in the parking garage and there is a lot of small things that go wrong in the apartments often.

Hallways/Stairwells have trash in them continually, the pool rules on noise is not well adhered to or enforced, walls are relatively thin where you can easily hear upstairs neighbors (specifically).
