The property really needed a make-over, as the paints were peeling from the staircases. The apartment I saw had a nice layout. The leasing agent was helpful. She gave me an impression that I would not get a larger apartment anywhere else, than what they had. She spoke highly of her community.

Due to the lack of uncovered parking, this leaves families with two or more cars struggling to park. The complex allows for one covered parking spot and one uncovered parking spot. This would not be an issue if there was enough parking available. One Friday night one of our cars got towed because we had to park in a covered spot because there was absolutely no spots left that were uncovered. And as a woman, this isn't the type of area I would want to walk around in. I think this is absurd, the complex should either change their rule or produce an adequate amount of parking spaces street parking is not an option either .Other than that, I think this is a decent place to live considering the price.

things can be alot better if they take the time to review people application better. its not what it promised moving here from another state, but it will do until you figure the city out. where to go and where not to be. some of the staff are friendly, but others seem as thou they have a bad day everyday. not the best or first choice, but it will do to start your journey.

Great place to live . Been here for 1 year and never had one complaint . Any problems that came up they was quick to resolve .

I would tell them not to place anything under sinks, because their plumbing is not very good. My childrens medications were ruined and serval paper products were damaged because of plumbing issues.

if ur someone that enjoy secure quiet well kept community then this is place 4 u i like that any complaint is taken serious & addressed promptly repairs r handled fairly quickly i walk atleast mile everyday because i feel safe so my experience w/forest cove apt home is i'm not going anywhere anytime soon especially if my wonderful management grants me 1 month free rent 2 renew my 12mo lease.(hint) only improvement i suggest is office personnel could b more friendly/cordial its only 1 or 2 employees but 1 reflects on everyone.

It is a safe clean honest place to live.

Its safe and clean and the owners dont try to cheat you out of money or say you didnt pay rent when you have. Things get fixed when you ask.

It's fairly quiet and close to shopping/highways but it needs updating, tennis court repairs and the office personnel isn't very nice and act like they don't want to be bothered by you.
