Very reasonable prices especially considering the surrounding area. The apartments are older so they come with certain problems like low water pressure in the shower and hot water does take a while to come on and other small problems that are easily fixed. Regardless I love my apartment; it's pest free, good rent and very spacious. The complex stays very quiet and neighbors seem friendly.

i have only lived there through the winter season so giving an accurate description isn't possible.

things i like:
-staff is awesome, friendly, and always willing to help
-laundry room is always accessible
-feel safe coming and leaving

things i dislike:
-i can never load money on my laundry card because my work hours are the same as the main office :(
-i cant open my window (door) in my room without the entire parking lot being able to see EVERYTHING i am doing
-my hot water takes YEARS to get warm
- there is no ceiling fan or light in either of my rooms (extremely annoying)

This community was very well kept and clean. The updated appliances were pleasant to see as well as the fireplace. There is a sizable exercise room and fireplaces out near the pool, which gives it a comfortable feel.

I would not live here and I certainly would not recommend this property to anyone. It is run down, in need of upgrades, and the staff seems clueless or without initiative. I felt like I needed to clean the apartment I saw, scrub the windows, sweep all over the common grounds like stairs and such and I did more work to sell myself on the place than the staff did. The two women gossiping in the office, one obviously an employee, not only made it hard to hear the leasing professional I was speaking with, but it was rude. The grounds show a decided lack of community pride and the young men wandering the property shirtless made me uncomfortable. Inside the apartment, there were bad patch jobs, corners on baseboards and window sills were chewed off, shelves were very warped in cabinets and everything needed to be updated. If I had not visited another sister property recently, this property would have left me with a sole poor experience to judge the company by.

The community is located in prestigious Preston Wood neighborhood in North Central Dallas. They are in close proximity to the well known night life of Addison and near The Galleria. The community has easy access to Highways 635, 161, 75 and public transportation. The amenities are attractive and inviting, and all the amenities are surrounded by a beautiful setting. They offer one and two modern apartments with spacious floor plans with attention to detail. My experience as a customer based on the interaction I had been made complete.

I am satisfied by the quick response when there is any issue at my apartment. But one thing I want to mention is there is not a screen for the window door open to the patio. And the hot water come out too slowly, you have to open the tap for several minutes to get hot water.

The community was clean and well maintained. The only thing I did not like was the small bedrooms.

I have only lived her for 2 months so far, but I have enjoyed my stay so far. The office staff is very friendly and helpful anytime I have had question or needed a maintenance request.

The leasing professional was friendly, but she robotic and scripted. She was not kind to the man who came for some coffee. She dismissed him as if he was not unimportant and I thought she might treat me that way after I signed on the dotted line.

This apartment community would be a comforting place to go home to. It had a lot of apartment features to offer, the pricing is fair, the one month free was a nice bonus.

It was a nice clean community with washer/dryer connections, fireplaces, two swimming pools and a 24 hour fitness center.

The community was in a great location. It was convenient.
