This property is very clean and the leasing agent was very attentive.

The community was quaint and situated in a great location. Very well maintained. The apartments were beautiful inside. If I was looking for an apartment I would have leased at Eastbridge Apartments.

Nice community in the Knox-Henderson area nearby restaurants, bars and shopping. Great location with nice amenities. Units had nice finish outs including stainless steel appliances, granite counters, wood floors and full size washer/dryer connections.

Great location, Great apartment and amenities. Fast maintenance

This was a lovely older community that had been updated both inside and out. The luxury apartments had granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and luxurious bathrooms. It was nestled into a wooded neighborhood in the busy Knox Henderson area just east of Central Expressway. The area was not too far north of Downtown Dallas and was very near the West Village.

Great location, great amenities and apartments are very nicely finished out on the inside

This is a nice and quiet community. It looks very small and if you are not into a loud scene with a bunch of bells and whistles you would not use, this is the place. It has basic amenities and tucked away from everything, but not too far at the same time. Great value for the area.
