The community had beautiful town home styles and large trees throughout the community. The landscaping is maintained throughout and areas to sit out and enjoy. Homes are the latest design throughout and the interiors have flawless design features.

It was such a nice community and the leasing agent did a good job with presenting it.

The level of professionalism provided by the staff here is exceptional! The agent went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I feel that any future residents considering making this property their home are in for a treat. The landscaping was immaculate, the office was spotless, and the layout of the apartment itself thoroughly impressed me.

The leasing professional was friendly. However, she did not introduce herself at the beginning of the tour. She engaged me in conversation during the tour. She asked me if I wanted to lease that day, but I felt like she could have put more effort into to trying to close.

The curb appeal was immaculate. The office staff was very professional in appearance and demeanor. They truly make you feel like this is the place to be and you are invited to be here.

The tour was fabulous. Not only was the property very appealing and interesting, but the agent was outstanding. She really knew how to relate to me and bring the home into a personal perspective. She really knew how to ask very good key questions to get me to think and visualize the home as if I was already living there. For the short amount of time she had been working there she was a spectacular agent.

I would absolutely consider living at the community. The energy of the staff was outstanding. These are people that I would love to come see even when I did not need to.

This was a beautiful luxury community with a feel of an established neighborhood and casual old world elegance. Everything I saw was top quality and beautifully decorated. It was beautifully maintained with nice amenities and lovely wooded landscaping. The streets were all tree lined with black wrought iron balconies and porch railings.

I was very impressed with the community. I loved that it was a town home, which made it seem more private.
