From what I saw of the community, it was very nice and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

This is an older property that has nicely updated apartments. There grounds are also really nice with lots of pretty trees. It seems like a great place to live. There are lots of great restaurants, shops, and grocery stores close by.

My experience with the on-site agent was less than to be desired. She was not interested if I leased with them or not. I like the fact that you have a washer/dryer option, but the rates for this property are way too high. The newer communities that are next door get the same rates and are brand new. The community is 30 years old! The rent should reflect that. The upkeep is good and clean. The location has always been a great central and convenient area.

The community was in an excellent location, with easy access to highways and some of the best in shopping and dining in the area. It was meticulously well cared for. The apartment and country club were an excellent value. The leasing professional was great. She was helpful and quite eager to help me find an apartment.

The apartment was very nice, but the amenities were awesome. I loved that this was a pet free community. I enjoyed the community and would love to call this place home.
