Please see the place before you signed your lease. I was shown a model and was told I would have a door to my place. I went to look at it a day before I moved in and it was a open room.

The leasing agent wasn't able to give me a room at the same price so I walked across and rented a place across the street.

Now avana is making me pay for breaking a lease when they misled me and basically told me I was liar.

Don't rent from unreasonable management.

As a real customer, I definitely would have leased here, and the reason is because of Brett. He made me feel as if the apartment was already mine. He kept speaking to me about the apartment as if I had already put the deposit down on it and like I could move in anytime. It really made me feel apart of the community. I truly enjoyed the fact that you can paint an accent wall, and the floors are hardwood on the second and third floor. On the first floor, it is contrast. For me, that would have won me over because I have bad allergies and the no carpet floor would help to eliminate a lot of allergies.

The leasing professional at this property was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Upon entering the office, I was immediately impressed with the spacious, open, nicely decorated modern entry and offices. I was greeted with sincere enthusiasm. I was made to feel that I would be welcome to live there and that my satisfaction as a resident was of the utmost importance. The explanations about the management team, the amenities and features, and the conveniences offered made me want to fill out the application and sign the lease on the spot. I had the feeling that I would be considered a good friend and treated with consideration and respect. The property and location with all the features offered (fully equipped business and conference center, fully equipped work out area, pool and courtyard, gated community with covered parking) places this apartment among the number one choices I would make.

The leasing agent was friendly and professional. He showed me the apartment and amenities.

I really liked the community. The staff was great, and they really make you feel like you have made the right decision leasing with them. The community looks great for kids because it is quiet, and there are no big streets close by. The apartments themselves look amazing, and I would definitely rent here.

Based on my visit, I would not have leased here and would not recommend anyone else lease here. The agent did not seem interested in my visit. He did not show or describe anything.

The apartment was beautiful. The decorator did an outstanding job decorating the community.

I was not pleased with the leasing professional's attitude and demeanor. I am not interested in ever leasing at this property.

It is a very nice complex that I would recommend to anyone that wants somewhere that cares about the residents. The activities here and facilities are nice!

The one bedroom/one bath apartment would be perfect for a couple.

The leasing professional was great. She knew the property in and out, and also the area. She made the community seem like home to me and I hadn't even put down a deposit. The community landscape was fabulous and I would be honored to call the community home.

Not to live here!
The gates are way too LOUD when people come in at 2am, 3am or 4am and let the gates slam it wakes up the ones who have the home door next to gate. The gates are loud they can be heard across the hall's.
The wall's are paper thin so you hear everyones business!
No cell phone service in the ground floor unit's, have to purchase a land line.
They charge a monthly pet rent, where many other's do not.

It reminded me of a compound. The community had concrete walls and was very plain.

This was a very nice community. The leasing office was modern and appealing. There was no elevator, and the stairwells were pretty steep. The apartment was nice, but it was not outstanding except that the living area was very large. There was no outdoor living space, and the pool and outdoor courtyards were on the other side of the building. There was nothing to make this particular location stand out from other neighboring communities, especially for that price.
