This is a nice and well established community with garages. That is something to think about just for privacy and harsh weather conditions. The community itself appears to be kept up nicely on the inside, as well as the outside.

I would only lease there, due to the way I was given a tour of the community by the leasing agent. The agent had a pleasant demeanor and good customer service.

This community and the leasing agent were awesome. The homes and what was offered with this property was superb. Definitely one of the best properties I have ever been to.

I loved the apartment community, because it was small and quaint. The apartment layout was perfect, but the living room could have been bigger. I loved the fact that it had a private garage and could enter the apartment from it. I liked the idea of having an extra study for my office space. The staff was terrific, friendly and very detailed.

I love the layout of this community's two bedroom town home.

The staff and community is great However, repairs that I have requested to get done is never done in a timely manner. I'm always having to call more than once to figure out when someone is going to come by to fix something. Currently I have three things I have sent in a maintenance request for and no one has come by to complete them. Other than that I love living here and the staff in the office.

These townhome are spacious and gorgeous and right in the middle of addison . The location is perfect.

Up until the new neighbors moved in a couple weeks ago I would have had nothing bad to say.. however, they blare loud music, slam doors, slam cabinets, etc. It literally sounds like they are in the same unit as you. Shakes the walls, very loud. Hopefully the apartment does something about tenants like these. It is a beautiful property and great amenities.

I liked the area and thought the property amenities were nice, but for the price I would want the bathroom to have more storage, a garden tub, and an indoor hot tub within the building. I also thought that there were a lot of stairs to climb on an everyday basis.
