I have lived here for 3 months and I absolutely love it. I get emails with updates about the community and my specific apartment. I have had a few maintenance requests and they get taken care of within a couple days. I love my apartment with brand new black appliances and granite countertops. I have the European style washer/dryer combo and although it takes a little longer than a full size it works great.

I move in on 06/13/2015 and my A/C went out on the 06/17/2015. I contact management on 06/18/2015 via email and the issue was not revolve until 06/24/2015. I had to visit the office for someone to tell me what was going on. Vicki, Office manager act if I was asking something out of the ordinary when the apartment was hot as well. And she told me she have 500 apartments to oversee. Unbelievable!!!, To make a long short, I do not think I will be renewing lease at (Aberdeen Bellmar). They are not customer friendly.

I searched and interview with many Apt lease managers before deciding for this community. I moved in 3 weeks ago, and was very excited to settle into my new place. The problem started with a "dripping noise in between the walls". I have not been able to sleep well since. I contacted the Aberdeen Bellmar Dallas leasing personnel, including the manager a total of 6 times, and the issue has not been resolved. Maintenance worker came 2 times, and left a hole in my bathroom. They said they "will be back", but they have not. I finally decided to contact the Kingvest Management leadership team, and emailed the manager yet again. I am looking forward to having this issue resolved since I don't think is fair that I have to deal with this issue throughout the day and night. The price is cheap in comparison to other places, but not being able to get the management to resolve basic services says a lot about their priorities - (Frustrated Full time teacher and student)

We are relatively new to the Dallas area and found this property online. Our apartment is completely remodeled and we got it at a great price. We work downtown and this location makes commuting very easy.

I am so thankful. I have lived here for 6 months and money been hard this year. Tonight the girls went out of their way and made everyone a homemade Thanksgiving dinner. I don't get to see my family this year. So this ment alot. Imelda, Miriam, Michelle, Ashley and I think the new girls name in Daniel thank you so much. You ladies are very speical people.
