The staff was great. I did not like the apartments because everything was old. The pictures online were much better than what you saw in person.

My customer service experience over the phone was very cold and impersonal. I felt like the leasing agent was just trying to sell me, and she did not try to get to know me at all. Once I got to the property, the leasing agent that I spoke with over the phone and told me she was busy at the time filling out reports. She told me she and the other leasing agent were going to be tag-teaming doing my tour today. I thought Adam was genuine and amazing! He is the first leasing agent that look me in my eyes and made me feel like he was very sincere about trying to help me. Even with him being injured, he had a really good spirit and awesome personality I will come back just because of him!

The staff was very friendly and experienced with selling the apartments from the community. They both participated in the conversation and helped one another. The agent provided good information and answered my questions. The apartment and community were nice and had great features and amenities to offer residents.

The staff was very friendly and receptive to me. There was a lot of construction, but it was not loud during my visit. The leasing agent said they expected it to be done by the start of summer. The community was designed in an industrial style with exposed pipes and cement floors.

This is a nice community in an up and coming neighborhood. It is an older community, but there is a nice pool area.

The community was cozy, located near freeways, and there was shopping across the street.

As I pulled up, I thought the community was going to be a re do of some other apartment community. I thought the community would look a little run down. When I walked on, I was very surprised at what I saw. The units were nothing what I thought they would be. I could tell that they were kept in good condition and that they took pride on keeping the community up to date with modern fixtures and looks.

The property was nice. I thought that the kitchen was a little old for the price. The staff was polite. Nothing really stood out to me.

The agent was polite, friendly and thorough. She gathered the pertinent information to determine my needs and also my preferences. She pointed out apartment features, such as a lot of kitchen cabinet space and a garden tub in the bathroom. She also showed me the community amenities like the business center, pool and fitness room. I liked what I saw and could call this property home.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The community was well maintained. My personal preference would be to see higher end finishes, such as hardwood and higher grade counter tops, but I would still consider living at this property.

This is a great place to live, especially if you work at any of the hospitals near by. It's close to many restaurants and gas stations which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and always kind. The gates need to be updated and working at all times which they, sadly, are not. I think this place would do great with a new gate system and fobs to get into the actual apartment area. Also, maintenance is always going on. It's a good thing, but it's very noisy. Overall, it's a great place to live.

This is a very nice apartment community. The apartment offers several spacious apartment floor plans and the apartment amenities offer a lot to the community. The surround community had plenty of shops and local restaurants as well. The leasing staff is friendly and the property is well kept.
