Maintenance and front office management are the worse. Just do yourself a huge favor and stay away.

August 5, 2012 will be five years that I have called Brandon Oaks home. I just renewed my lease and am pleased to stay another year...maybe more. Needless to say, that is because of the wonderful management and maintenance team. Our maintenance men have been at this property about ten years or more. I trust them with all that I have. The property is about 30 years old, but you would never know it. It is maintained very well and was repainted about six months ago and the pool area was resurfaced, etc. Kroger is only 0.8 miles, WalMart is 2.4 miles and the Willowbrook Mall is 2.8 miles. There are eateries galore. They offer reasonable rates, move-in specials, and resident referrals. I personally have never had a problem and would highly recommend Brandon Oaks. Maybe you will be my neighbor someday.
