Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Customer Service! Moving is a paaaaaaain, but the staff at Townlake made it much less of one by being super friendly and accommodating throughout the move-in process. When I first came in to check out what Townlake of Coppell had to offer, the leasing agent was very helpful and informative, answering all my questions (and there were lots) with ease. All the paper work and online processes that needed to be completed prior to move in were simple and explained by the leasing agent very clearly, so there were no surprises. I also really appreciate that after I received my keys and finally got to check out my new place, more than once they followed-up to make sure I was happy with everything and to ask how things were going. I really appreciate that it feels that the staff really takes a personal interest in the community! May 8, 2013

The representative who assisted me was professional, caring, and very diligent in her attempts to assist me in locating an apartment that would meet my needs and preferences. I'm not the type of person that writes reviews, but I felt very compelled to write this one and here are the many reasons: I have lived in many apartment complexes for over 10 years, and although I don't have major complaints about any of them, the experience with Post Town Lake Coppell has been really extraordinary!! From the first call I made to find out about rates and availability, up to this point (6 months living here), the customer service has been outstanding!! A VIP kind of service all along. They are just happy people, (all of them), from the leasing staff, to the managers, the gardeners, the handy men, etc. It is TRULLY a pleasure to leave here. Additionally, the areas are very well maintained, the staff responds very quickly and efficiently to any request for repairs, the complex overall is very pretty, AND its it within the "affordable" group in an upscale community. If you think that technology makes your life easier: payments online, text messaging updates, electronic requests for services, etc, you will love it here. This place is second to none regarding digital services. I assure you that nor I work for the complex, neither I was paid to write this. I'm really a VERY happy tenant!!! :) February 12, 2013

Blue Ocean has good sushi and close to our Coppell apartment-reviews are good as well. It’s a little louder than what I would consider a quiet place but it’s hopping. Give it a try. Some good restaurants in the area but nothing else in Coppell around our apartments worth mentioning for a date night.

Hi apartment reviewers, I was wondering if you knew of any additional running trails around our apartments in Coppell that branch off of Andy Brown Park. The lake is nice and all but need a change in scenery.
