Having to occasionally park a good distance from my building is an inconvenience especially after a trip to the grocery store. Not sure what the solution to that is, unless some sort of revolving assigned parking spot policy is employed.
A recent exterior paint job on all the buildings does wonders to hide the age of the complex, however the parking lots could use a face lift. Removing of oil patches, restriping or even repaving would help. Overall, as indicated above, I'm very pleased that I moved to Townlake. With apartment living, your neighbors can make or break the experience. I got lucky in that regard, being surrounded by families who don't party and make noise late at night. It seems the walls are well sound-proofed also.

The customer service was good. The staff had pleasant attitudes and were attentive.

The apartments are well maintained expecially when a fix is required. They are quick to respond and typically exceed expectations.

Very family oriented complex, love that there are so many young kids here for mine to play with. Also, we have been at Town Center Elementary for the past 6 years and love that school - this is the only complex that feeds to TCE so I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for apartment living who want a fantastic school for their children to attend. Also, the office staff and maintenance staff are very attentive and friendly.

The entire property and its staff are really nice with very good professional attitudes. The property has a 96% occupancy which I think says a lot for the property and the staff that is there to represent it.

I haven't seen any other apartments in the complex so I can't compare, but I would say it is a little too expensive, especially for outdated portions of apartment. I would recommend because of the "whole" package, feeling safe, pool, quite.

there are bugs inside and out od the apartments. the rent is to high for the quality of the apartment and the painting that they did looks old like from the 70s. LOOKS DATED why recommend to a pet

This complex is suppose to be considered upscale but is not. Upon going into apartments this is visible. Should someone want to be in a nice location and a good school district then yes, it would be recommended.

The customer service of the leasing staff was great! Personally, I don't find the finish out of the apartments worth the rent. It would not be a place I would choose to live at that price. Overall, the leasing agents were very nice and the two residents I saw both smiled at me and seemed happy.

I really enjoyed the beginning of my stay, but the longer I lived at the apartments, the more my unhappiness grew. When I signed my lease for the first year, there were a couple of covered parking spaces that were free to use. Not much later, they were charging $30 a spot AND covering more of the regular spots. This made me very angry in that it was much harder to find an uncovered spot by my apt. Also, every year that I stayed living in the apartment, the more my rent went up. I get along very well with my neighbors and never cause any problems so you can understand why I do not appreciate getting charged more every year I stay.

no guest parking lots at all on the back side why?

if they had children, yes, nothing for adults only.

Definitely look elsewhere before leasing. These apartments are grossly overpriced for the pest infestations, rundown buildings, oh and you HAVE to pay for parking if you don't want to walk halfway around the complex.

the location for this apartment complex is superb! It is in the heart of Coppell. the grounds are always clean and very inviting.
