The Leasing Professional seemed helpful and was also knowledgeable of the community.

The location was literally a short walking distance from several popular restaurants. The community offered a 24 hour fitness center and a beautiful resort size pool. The clubhouse included a billiard table and a gift wrapping center. The staff were friendly and helpful and eager to help.

The community was outstanding and the agent I spoke with was excellent.

I felt like there were not any WOW factors about the office staff. They seemed more interested in other things than getting me to lease. I was not offered any refreshments or made to feel at home. The grounds looked good. I would have been more excited if the leasing professional got me excited, but it seemed as though she wanted to get me in and out as soon as possible.

This was a very nice community with restaurants and shopping close by. The apartment was nicely laid out and nicely designed to make the most of space available. I would enjoy living there.

The tour was good. The engagement between me and the agent was good. He was funny and informative and gave the property good value. I would have leased from him.

Over nice, but AC units are Low end, they make a loud slamming noise, Washing machines sound like Cement mixers, loud . Noise comes through walls and floors like there a horses living above you. When doors close they all slam through out the building.
Internet not good signal is unstable due to cheap wires in the Walls.

The staff at this community takes pride in it. They are friendly and make you feel at home, even while you are just visiting for the first time. The apartments are well laid out and have the latest and greatest looks. The amenities and grounds are kept up with the best care. I would surely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing, beautiful home.

This community offers a lot because of all the amenities that are well maintained and custom interior features in the apartment like stainless steel appliances, wood blinds and beautiful views. The community is located next to dine-in restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance, which is a nice convenience, and seems very quiet because it backs up to a large nature preserve.
