A quite community, safe environment with access to major highways. Management is great.

I like the quietness. Even with people having dogs and me living across from the dog park; there is not a lot of noise.

My experience with the leasing professional was a great one, and I was able to be assisted accordingly. All agents were professional, knowledgeable and business oriented. A job well done!

This apartment community is located close to numerous shopping venues and is well kept. The stacking washer/dryer in each home was in very good, clean condition. I did not see any foundation cracks anywhere. The bedroom easily accommodated large furniture and a queen size bed with room to spare. I absolutely loved the large linen cabinet inside the apartment. During the entire visit, the leasing professional used my name frequently and was definitely considering my needs as a potential resident. I would heartily recommend this community to anyone looking for a new apartment.

I thought the property was kept up well. I saw a few things that I think need to be fixed like the wall in the clubhouse where there was a leak. The painter did not mud in evenly so it looks bad. There is a leak in the office behind the red chair that needs to be addressed. The dumpster enclosure by 109 has at least 100 bricks knocked off of it.

I do not have any recommendations for the property. The community was highly occupied, so that spoke volumes to me.

Cindy was very nice and friendly, but just did not get to know much about me.

They offer lots of discounts and specials. The landscaping shows the community pride.
