The Zumba instructor is awesome! Keep her! Please add yoga and a tanning bed. Be more lenient on tenants who have been here for several years if they pay late.

Thus far, I have enjoyed my residency at The Ranch. I am not sure that I will stay here past my lease due to the water bill situation. We, the residents, are billed as a company and not as a personal residence, making our billing rate for water usage outrageous!

I have been living in this community for more than 3 years and would love to stay. Environment and nature are very good, ecosystem is awesome to walk around. Indoor games have to be improved for health system. Weekly activities and health classes are really good. So far, recomended to more than 15 people.

The overall cleanliness could be greatly improved. Trask pickup is very casual. Mailboxes are not properly maintained and are filthy.

Have maintenance and improvement crews clean up after themselves. Property should be same condition as before improvement except for the improvement.

The Ranch feels like home! My husband and I enjoy the hard working staff. Any time I need assistance the staff responds quickly. I like Veronica, Wilbur, and Kalyn. They all have quickly reacted and are very personable to me and others.

Staff is wonderful! Residents are friendly and good neighbors. On the negative side, parking can be troublesome & frustrating. Also, would love to have a fully functional hot tub. It is not hot enough & the jets do not work as it should. Basically more heat - more powerful!
