With the renovations being pushed, I am not sure I would recommend this apartment complex. I would likely advise someone to move closer to downtown for the price point y'all are charging new residents.
Granted I haven't seen the renovated units and if they have a upgraded bath, maybe. It's hard to find a 1 bedroom in Austin with a solid bathtub that's not a luxury apartment.
