Having garages is such a benefit. With the exception of so many doors showing peeling, the complex appears well maintained. I was impressed at how quickly the tree situation with the February ice storm was handled.

Please add carpeting to apartments that are on 2nd, third floor to prevent excessive noise from upstairs neighbors. The apartment above us is rented out to WanderJaunt. It is super noisy depending on who is there and every step can be heard.
