The staff was very professional and friendly. The community area and amenities were pretty basic, although the outdoor kitchen was the first I had seen at a community and was very nice. However, the two bedroom apartment I saw seemed very small and unimpressive. The kitchen was super small and the bathrooms were very basic. Nothing made the apartment stand out. The view outside the window was not memorable in any way.

I have already recommend this complex to friends.
I love my apt. It faces trees and is quiet and perfect for me.

Its a safe place to live

Just feel management is there for the residents. Last year and this year, maintenance on the outside was completed. Is always in good condition.

The interior and appliances need to be updated. Also I feel like this mgmt company nickels and dimes residents as much as possible- pet rent, admin fee, etc. Also, pet deposits are more than at most complexes

Depends on their needs

When I drove up to the property, I thought it looked very nice. It was very clean and did not look dated. The leasing agent was very friendly and engaging. She was very focused on my needs. The pool was very nice and the fitness center though small was adequate.

I would because the staff is friendly, apartments are well kept. Good neighbor and convenient to shopping, schools, grocery stores, Plugerville and Round Rock.

Has been recommending the apartment to friends and co-workers.

The apartment community was beautiful and well maintained, with a lot of attractive landscaping, shade trees and a very nice pool and gym. There was a nice office with a cozy seating area for residents, a fully equipped kitchen and nice touches, like a gift wrap center. The apartments were roomy, with large and plentiful closets and storage areas. The management seemed dedicated to the residents and helping the community at large. Life there seemed like it would be relaxing, fun, secure and filled with management led activities for the residents to participate in and get to know each other.

I have to say this had been a nice, quiet place to live. Mostly enjoy the quiet environment away from everything. Managers are always very helpful and awesome. Just to tell you how nice, sometimes the maintenance staff and office managers hand out free donuts to you sometimes as you are driving out of the community (on cold mornings too!) They care about their residents plus you can't beat the rates for the quality of apartment homes they offer.

I've lived here for a few years. The apartments are outdated, but the company is making efforts to improve. Part of the issue is that the complex has changed management companies twice since I moved in. Things get started, then stop because of a new company taking over, and the ramp up process has to start all over.

Maintenance is friendly, but not very skilled. I almost always have to get them to come back and finish or refix the initial thing they came out for.

I was offered to have my very old and beat up carpets replaced at my last renewal, but was told I had to move all of my furniture out and store it myself. They wouldn't touch anything but carpet. Maybe that's standard practice? But I don't have the ability to do that. So I still have awful carpet.

And it seems the leasing office is understaffed. It is always locked and I have to come by 3+ times a day to find someone there. Very frustrating when I have to pick up a package because UPS/FedEx decided to not come to my door again.

Price is reasonable, but barely. They just rausedrates because a new school was built right beside the complex, and another is now being built down the street.

Overall I was impressed with the property and the nice common areas, including the pool and gym. I was impressed the gym was available 24-hours and included Wi-Fi. The apartment was spacious and laid out well to accept a comfortable lifestyle while enjoying peace and quiet because of its location.

I thought this community is quite serviceable and about expected for the area. They have a friendly office staff.

I felt that the community itself was clean and pleasing to the eye. The upkeep of the commons area and the other areas was notable. My overall view of the apartment was adequate, but it did not wow me. The unit needed a few upgrades and some more attractive items in the unit. It just felt cheap to me.
