For the most part, family friendly, although recently there have been a few issues. Would be nice if tenants, especially younger ones, took a little pride in the community and picked up their trash.

The pool is closed in winter with no hot tub, There was little to no pantry, not a lot of storage space. On the plus side, a place to wash and vacuum one's car, and tennis/basketball court in addition to the pool and fitness center. The rent is decent, but this apartment is a long way from downtown Austin.

I loved this apartment. I would definitely want to move here. I loved that it is near everything.

Before the rent was raised, yes I would and in fact did. Now I would not and if I have to move for more appropriate rent, I will take at least one other renter with me.

Our apartment is directly across from the water tower construction. There is loud noise and lots of dust. This makes our quality of living somewhat less than when we moved in. Nothing that you can do to change the construction site though.

The community was extremely neat and well kept. It was a hidden treasure in a beautiful surrounding neighborhood. The amenities in the community were new or in excellent condition. The staff were professional and showed genuine interest in potential residents. The community would be easy to call my new home.

There are much better apartments in the area for a comparable price. I don't mean amenities, I mean basic stuff like floorplans, which can't be changed. When they were less expensive, I would definately recommend, but not now. And the weird market based different prices for different lease terms is really unsettling. I have no idea where I will live in a year because they may decide to price me out, seemingly arbitrarily, and I never really get to feel that this could be my home on a long term basis. It feels like management wants new tenants and doesn't really care about existing ones.

I am very uncomfortable with the C.A.R.E. Team concept that has been implemented. But I do feel very safe with the location and the amount of police force that is in the area and lives at the complex itself.

You can get more for your money at newer apartments.

Living in the front of the building, I don't like the noise factor from the Car place on 620. I also think there should be more landscaping, flowers. It doesn't look as good as it did a few years ago.

I really enjoyed visiting there. Vanessa was really kind and helpful and she really cared about my needs. She made good conversation to build report. I could tell that she would be a good friend to have in life in general. Vanessa made me more likely to rent there and her value was higher than the apartment's value
