I love this place. My family has loved here nearly 4 years and we plan to stay at least another 2. Maintenance is amazing, I wouldn't trade Caleb and Debbie in for the world. Vanessa is awesome but Jana needs a few tips from Vanessa. The community is clean and beautiful, they are also very involved with everyone. I love the CARES team. FREE FOOD! Management is always trying to make Marquis @ Volente better and they LISTEN. I've lived in Texas all my life and many different apartments and they are by far the best. There as an exterminator free to residents every Wednesday, if you request it. Parking is kind of a pain but they have been working on it. Nice, quiet location. My family and I love this place!

Jana was great at first then awful after the lease was signed bugs are everywhere they never spray for them and parking is terrible. But the worst is how you're forced to pay rent online only no card and it makes zero since

The apartment was very roomy and had everything needed to have clean safe meals for the family. The bedrooms were very large. The master bedroom's closet looked as if it was the size of a small room. The decorater did a good job of decorating the apartment. It made us think life would be beautiful if we lived there.

I really enjoy our little family community and we all try to look out for each other and keep things clean and safe.

The traffic situation is a negative. I feel the price is too expensive based on other apartments.

I do not like the online payment method, there is so much noise with the people livng nearby, dogs, and the construction nearby on the water tower.

The apartments are a family residence; many of my colleagues might prefer more upscale apartments... but for me, they are fine.

The staff were very professional. The community was nice, but there was nothing that would make it stand out.

The prices have gone up so much that it's hard to recommend or stay when our lease is up

The property exhibits a visually attractive curb appeal that is the initial view of a community that is well maintained and offers all of the comforts that one would expect of home. The location is near a vast shopping area. Schools and churches are also conveniently located nearby. The staff are friendly and efficient.

I would not recommend it to others because of the parking issues, and the fact that my daughter got a $170 parking ticket from the Cedar Park police for parking in an area that many others use, that is ON PRIVATE PROPERTY!!! The police should not be able to give tickets for parking issues on private property as they don't have the jurisdiction to do so. We are fighting this ticket, but if we lose our case, then I am going to ask the apartments to pay this fine, or tell the police to tear-up the ticket as this should not have happened!

This property is very inviting. The grounds are clean and the apartments are beautiful. I felt like it was a great buy for my money.
