I loved the location of the property; it was close to stores, major freeways and down the road from possible job location. The grounds were beautifully groomed and had lots of beautiful trees. The apartment I looked at was just the right size, and I loved the open area of the living room and kitchen. Also I loved the large patio, and imagined setting out there during a rain storm. I believed the office staff to be honest and friendly and would make living there an amazing experience.

This place felt comfortable and serene. The birds were chirping and the natural rock walls were inviting.

I would warn them that the owners, Lincoln, were greedy. A 111 increase in my rent is unreasonable Because of that, I may move When I was looking to move in, I was given the sales pitch, This is an older apartment with older appliances. That's why we are able to charge less. Now the rent is higher than some of the newer apartments. If you want to charge that much, the you should at least give us new appliances.

Not a fancy place nor a place with modern look. But comfortable and affordable with appliances provided. Quiet area. Wish the community could be gated and kitchen utilities could be upgraded.

This is my home away from home. Very quite and rent is reasonable. The staff are friendly and nice.

I would consider leasing at this community. The on-site leasing staff was very sincere and natural.
