Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

This property is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and appealing.

great place

we have been here about 6 months & just love the place.  the apartment is beautiful with really nice views.  the neighbors are great.  the staff is very helpful & fill any service request the same day (usually in a few hours) in most cases.  we highly recommend this place

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The property is very serene and has a peaceful setting. If you like being close to the hike/bike trails and being around a lot of views of the greenbelt, this community has the ideal setting.

I am upset about the maintenance

I am upset that the weather stripping on my front door has not been fixed as well as the drip from my bathroom faucet.
This is costing me money from the water and the energy stand point.

Great Location, Buildings. Fantastic Staff & Maintenance. Resonably Priced. Bad Parking.

Pros- You live in the middle of the Bull Creek Green Belt. If you're an outdoor person this is a great place for you. The staff is the best I've ever come in contact with. Same goes for the Maintenance. They always address any issue the very next day after filling a request. They even have a "breakfast at the gate" once a month. The rent is very reasonable when compared to places closer to downtown or campus area. You get your own personal garage or parking space, but please read con section about other parking. Also Great Landscaping.

Cons- If you have more than one car, or have frequent visitors, you will be engaged in a daily battle for parking spots. Some residents will not even move their car for weeks for the fear of losing a parking space. The apartments themselves are a little bit outdated compared to newer complexes( no Ethernet ports), but still are nice. The only television service provider is Time Warner (or DTV/Dish if your balcony faces the correct direction), so I have elected to get a TV antennae and use Netflix/ Hulu because I despise Time Warner. Maybe add another grill by the pool and have some sort of appropriate covering for them.

All in all, I enjoy living here and am probably going to resign my lease.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The community was nicely laid out and secluded. I would likely refer to others.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

The community was very appealing form the start. The peaceful environment was wonderful. The pool area, the clubhouse and the fitness center were very nicely maintained and visually appealing. The apartment homes themselves were very nice and had great added features that I really loved. The leasing professional I worked with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, it was a great experience.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

The leasing agent was really polite. She knew how to communicate well. She had energy in her voice. She knew the community well. She also knew about the surrounding eateries, highways, and shopping centers. I would have leased from her.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

This property was high end and very attractive. The leasing professional could have sold me more on the beautiful and natural landscaping. She seemed interested to help me but did not show near enough enthusiasm for such a beautiful property. She did tell me they were small and friendly.
