comfortable, quiet, responsive management, friendly maintenance, we have been here 18 months

This is by far the most peace and quiet I have experienced over three decades of apartment living. The complex is small and uniquely designed and makes one feel like one is living in a condo. The natural setting only enhances the experience.

Parking is few and far between. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because my apartment comes with a garage. However, any guests that come over always have a hard time finding parking, most of the time they end up parking outside of the gate.

I have literally never heard any noise from my neighbors other than hearing them turn on the water in their bathroom.

My unit was renovated prior to moving in. There were several headaches with the renovations. The mirror had a frame that ended up falling down. Canyon springs made it right and installed one that is both beautiful and sturdy. The Refrigerator door was not installed properly and would stay open throughout the night. A maintenance request fixed that the same day. The cabinets were replaced but there were no handles. The property went ahead and handles installed.

I think the best part about this property other than having Bull Creek as your backyard is the maintenance man. Mauricio is literally the best guy in town. He goes through maintenance requests like a machine I have only had one work order put in that wasn't fixed the same day. He is friendly, knowledgeable and just a pleasure.

Overall, this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I had a horrible experience in Pflugerville. This was a complete 180 experience. The location is amazing. Close to Arboretum, 15 minute drive to work.

Great apartment community with awesome staff. The apartments are very nice and fairly priced. Maintenance does an excellent job with the upkeep of the grounds and is quick to respond to maintenance requests (usually within 1-2 days at most). It is a quiet community with a varying demographic. Even though there are families in the community, the kids are very well behaved and I have never had an issue, not even at the pool in the summer! The complex backs up to Bull Creek and I have really enjoyed having such easy access to all of the trails.The Staff is very accommodating and friendly. I have never had a bad experience since living at this complex.

The community offered many amenities, the garage was impressive. With the privacy of the apartment, you could keep your blinds open in the living room at night.

The leasing professional was polite. She seemed very pleased to be assisting me.

The on-site leasing professional and the phone agent were very knowledgeable. I felt like they were both very thorough and were genuine about helping me. While the property and the amenities were both very attractive, I felt like the pricing was a little bit high. I felt like the size of apartment I would get for the amount I would be paying was hard to justify. Aside from that all the other aspects were very pleasing from the staff to the amenities to the care that was obviously taken in maintaining the property.

Quiet complex/area, conveniently located to all kinds of shopping, private garage for every unit, never hear my neighbors, very responsive management/maintenance, allows dogs, nice pool, on creek, well-lit at night/safe!

This community offered several unique floor plans in a park-like setting. The attractive amenities were centrally located. I toured a vacant one-bedroom loft apartment with a fireplace, built-in bookcases, a balcony, and one and a half bathrooms. The lease rate was reasonable for the apartment size, location, and amenities offered.

The price was fair for the area. The apartment I saw could use some updating.

The location of the property was good. The agent was informative and gave the property values. I would have leased from her.

I really liked this property. I would just emphasize a more lively attitude from the point of sale, something that gets prospects excited about living there instead of being generic. I really like this property a lot.

The leasing professional took pride in the community as well as the amenities. If I were looking, I definitely would have leased.
