The upkeep of the common areas and wooded areas was outstanding. I may or may not recommend the community.

The property was very attractive, and it was easy to picture myself living there, surrounded by the trees and close to the trails. The leasing professional made it easy to visualize myself in the home, and the entire experience was a pleasure for me.

The staff struck me as eager to complete their job. They were able to present the site and property in a satisfactory way and showed me around adequately. There was no real excitement in their tone and just the minimal amount of creativity as well. The community was amazing and I enjoyed all the nature and huge balconies that it had to offer.

This community was beautiful and scenic. It was nestled in the heart of the city and close to major roads and near shopping and attractions. The community was a bit older than I would personally live in, but the renovations and upkeep were to be commended!

The property was very impressive. The landscaping and upkeep of the property was great. The layout, especially the double balcony, was a major selling point. The wrought iron fencing added such an upscale feeling. Truly, I wish this was somewhere that I could live at!

Me and my family have lived almost 2 years. I love the feel of living in the hill country and being able to hop on the highway and be anywhere in town within a reasonable amount of time. It's so quiet here, I almost forget that I am near the highway. The staff is been great and very helpful. I love getting breakfast at the gate on my way to work and if I ever have any maintenance issues, the crew is quick to respond and resolve any problems. It's a great community and I've met most of my neighbors out walking my dog. Great place.

Canyon Springs has a great location right on Bull Creek, an excellent management staff, and the best maintenance team responsiveness and quality i have ever experienced. I recommend the complex to all of my friends.

I would say, its nice - though a bit pricey for what you get by way of interior design. Somewhat dated. Additionally, there really should be more parking and a traffic light outside the community onto 360. Real safety concerns

If you are looking for a home that is secluded in a unique way but still close to to everything this is the place to be. I love being surrounded by nature the green belt has its own private entrance for residents. The people are wonderful kind mindful of their neighbors. I have lived here 3 years can not find a better place to live so I continue to renew my lease. I have had a friend move in recently with his family due to the unique, peaceful atmosphere he enjoyed each time he visited.
