I'm a traveling Occupational Therapist and have lived in numerous states and apartments. This is the first time I've EVER written a negative review. My husband and I recently moved here a month ago. At first we loved it, we got one of the upgraded units for a reasonable price. However things were put together poorly with bugs by the #'s. Thats including roaches.

Now we have neighbors who smoke like chimneys, I'm not an anti smoker, but I do have asthma and it seeps through our apartment day and night. Now I have pneumonia :( We have no choice but to move. This my first time in Texas and after looking around there are much better places in the area that are far more worth your money. If you consider yourself to have any kind of class, I would strongly encourage you to go else where!!!!

I would tell them that the office is not organized and has messed up our rent every month we have been there. We have only been there 3 months and we have gotten phone calls, letters on our door and the crazy part is we actually have a credit because we paid more 1 month. We have asked the office time after time to please get this correct. We have had our apartment sparyed for roaches and yet they are still showing up. We have called about a water leak that we hear behind the wall in our bathroom and it has gone unattended to.

The maintenance guys aren't good at there jobs.

The office staff is friendly and nice...but they don't seem to care about resident needs. There used to be a man named Rigo who worked in the maintenance department. He was efficient, kind and always did a very good job. The crew now does poor work in a less than timely manner and doesn't bother to notify before they enter units (and sometimes not after). Some complaints from other residents are things we've experienced as well...carpet tacks poking through, poor cleaning jobs before move-in, horrible paint jobs, poorly laid vinyl flooring, and as I said-bad maintenance department. The price isn't bad for the location and the square footage, but don't expect a fusion of style and elegance as it says on the website. That's NOT what you'll get!

Moved in and it was not cleaned very well at all, Stove was dirty, hampers had stuff in them.

The carpet that was installed had a lot of tacks that were uncomfortable to walk on barefooted

My fireplace has large cracks in the corner walls.

If you like the dumpster placed out of its area and out in the street.

If you like dog poop every where and residence do not have an area designated than that is what you get. no Bags no trash cans nothing.

Also, notice the wild Mexican blanket used for curtains.

The mail boxes are hanging by a thread

And if you call the office they say Geeee sorry about that, we will take care of or send notice out. (ha that never happens) I have only lived here 3 months - and will be moving ASAP

Very decent for the price , good maintenance crew .

It is very likely that I would recommend this community. The leasing professional was very pleasant. I loved the apartment and the community amenities. The rental rate was reasonable. I also love the Addison area.

Why on earth did you "erased" the first two years we lived here?
For the record we moved here in 2006 NOT 2008.

Office is full of employees that tell you what you want to hear so you can stop complaining.

You have an employee (male) working in the office, sometimes answering the phone, not polite at all ~ When we call about a 'problem' or any other reason, we never receive an appropriate response or action from him!!!

The community was well maintained. The leasing professional was friendly.

The staff were friendly and professional. The community was older and could do with some updating, but it was in a fairly convenient location.

The community upkeep was not that good, it had broken pavements and driveways. The apartment had upgrades but the railing had rust and the closets were old fashioned. The leasing professional was very friendly, helpful and courteous.

The property was acceptable.
