The community was very clean. It seems like a very nice and quiet place to live. The leasing agents were both very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned and eager to meet my apartment needs.

The property was very nice for an income restricted community. I have never seen one with all the amenities that come with it.

It would serve as a short term suggestion for a very short term.

It is really hard for me to say whether I would lease here or not, since I did not get to see anything. The amenities looked nice and the rent was a good price, although you had to make a certain amount of income per year.

This was a nice property. The amenities were well kept and maintained. The grounds were appealing and well maintained. The staff was very personable.

Things broken down all the time considering how new the apartments are. If you want air conditioning do not move here, mine stays broken most of the time with no compliance from the local and regional office to remedy the problem....seek residents elsewhere..

You will enjoy the cleanliness and the upkeep of the buildings. The staff are very efficient and living at this complex is enjoyable and as a single woman, I feel safe

The community looked like a great place to live. The outside of the buildings were clean. It looked great. The one amenity I saw was the pool. It was a good thing it was there at the office and I could see it when I walked in the door. The pool looked great. There were people out swimming, laughing and having a great time. The office was clean, looked inviting and had nice huge amounts of natural light.

This apartment looks nice from the outside but it is of poor quality!!! The walls are paper thin!! I could be sleeping or taking a shower and I can here other tenants clearly as if they were in the apartment with me....scary!!! I can literally here my neighbors tv while I'm typing this! Nothing is real in the apartments! The hardwood floor is not real hardwood. There is no oversized garden bathtub. The granite countertop is not granite! The walls scratch easily. If you bump something against the wall it leaves a mark. Whenever the wind is blowing it will feel like the apartment is moving!! This apartment complex is not old and there has already been a pipe bust in the attic flooding tenants apartments. It is in a bad location and the school traffic is horrible! The apartment complex should've thought about this before the build and I should've considered it before I moved in. The manager and assistant manager is not friendly at all. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this apartment!

There is really nothing as far as the apartments I would improve upon except the rental rates.

The apartment complex is excellent. I love the staff, however some of the tenants do not like to keep their living areas nice...balcony area..etc...they hang clothes on to dry on the balcony. They have dirty pampers on the balcony along with broken blinds. Not to mention their apt balcony is in the front, which is the first thing visitors see when riding by.

The apartments are atheistically pleasing. I think after the work is finished here it will be very nice providing there are no problems with disruptive neighbors. I have one major complaint. When I viewed the apartments the agent asked me if I had a washer and dryer, I said yes, and she told me that they provide washers and dryers for all units and that it was "included" in the rent. Then when we signed the lease on move in day, we were told there would be 30.00 added to our rent for the washer and dryer. My problem with this, beside the fact that I have my own, is that I am being charged for something that I don't even like. I could buy a brand new set, with better, more user friendly features than the ones provided, for the same monthly payment you charge for the ones you provide. The washer and dryers are not very good at all. I find it very inconvenient to use them both. I can't even start the water running so I can put detergent in before the clothes. I want the detergent to start mixing with the water so it will distribute more evenly but some fancy lid lock safety feature prevents that. My reasons are really irrelevant, the issue here is having a choice and not being forced to pay for something that I was lead to believe would be part of the rent, not extra. This needs to be made clear when showing units in the future because this strongly sounds like a "bate and switch".
Then.....the sewer line was compromised during the paving process and my unit had a significant amount of water come up through the vent pipe, along with bugs. This happened twice while we were moving in. We could not use any water and this was a very big inconvenience. No one from Ridgemont Park has offered any compensation, other than allowing us to shower in another unit, in any way on the problems we've had. I would be happily satisfied if the 30.00 charge was removed per month as that is what was strongly implied in the beginning.

The community had great curb appeal. The apartment is nice and sells itself. The leasing agent did not connect with me.
