Terrible!
Do not rent from AIMCO!!!
We lived at Post Ridge for almost 18 years. We paid fist month, last month and a security deposit up front.
At first, it was great, but then AIMCO bought the place, and gradually, all the friendliness and care about tenants disappeared. Garbage collection and water were included with the rent originally, but are now extra charges, plus a charge for Valet Trash Service MANDATORY.
There is an ongoing roach problem. The steps leading upstairs are deteriorating. The walls are thin. The sliding glass doors leak air.
We left because we bought a house; we told the management of our situation and were required to pay month-to-month rent at an outrageous increase until our house was available. Three months later, we are being billed for extra rent, trash fees, water fees and Valet Trash fees. Our last month's rent that we originally paid was ignored because they claimed to have no record of it.
I do NOT recommend renting from AIMCO at all. They are thieves - all they care about is getting every last nickle from their tenants.
