It is amazing

I love the convienence to so many great places to eat, downtown, and the highway. The quality of construction is great, and the apartments are gorgeous inside. We use the Sky Lounge a lot for grilling and get togethers, and we meet a lot of awesome people that also live in the building that way. We have really enjoyed our time living here.

Resident's review of 12th South Flats

I absolutely love living in 12th South Flats The location, atmosphere and accommodations are spectacular. However, there are some things I wish could change. They are very small changes, but also one's I will remember the next time I am apartment hunting. The gym is a great feature to have downstairs. However, it is very minimal. I wish there were more pieces of equipment. i.e. rubber bands, ankle weights, or even a bosu. One thing I feel should be fixed soon is the fact that there is no sanitation bottles for the equipment. I received contact dermatitis after using the mat and my doctor said it was most likely from the improper cleaning of equipment. It would help keep our gym cleaner Other than those small details, I have enjoyed every minute of living in 12th South Flats

Great location with a moderate living area

Front desk staff is very unwelcoming and a bit harsh but you can walk to mafiaozas and jennis which is great

Losing Jason was a big loss

My neighbors above me are really loud. It sounds like there is riverdance on my ceilings at times. THere is really bad noise transfer top to bottom. The floors in the apartments are terrible.

Noisy, leasing agents are not very good or helpful

Loud, Difficult to find parking. No parking for friends or family that isn t charged.
